SHIPPING
We ship USPS using Priority Mail. Items are shipped by weight and are automatically calculated at checkout. We ship Monday thru Friday. Most orders ship within 48 hours. If an item is out of stock you will be notified by email as to when to expect it for shipping.
All items will be shipped with Delivery Confirmation. We are not responsible for items lost once they leave our hands.
Insurance is optional and suggested.

My custom designs are handcrafted by me at the close of the sale. Please allow up to 7 business days for shipping to occur. I require this time to order supplies I run out of and to meet the demand of the incoming orders. Your patience is appreciated.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped as stated above. Buyer is responsible for all taxes incurred from thier country. Items must clear customs before you receive your package. Times vary for each country. Please insure your international package as we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

RETURNS
Please measure your dog carefully. A sizing chart is located on each item listed. If you need to return an item, we will gladly exchange it for a different size or different item of like value or greater. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt for returned items. All returns must be unused and unworn in original packaging for acceptance. They must also be odor free. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer as well as reshipment of new items. A store credit will be issued for all items returned. Shipping charges are not refundable.
